How TheMowersGuide doubled its traffic to 21K yearly users
A lawn-care and equipment resource in a category dominated by big retailers.

The story
TheMowersGuide set out to be the resource people trust the moment they're choosing or fixing a mower: cordless models like the Greenworks, self-propelled versus push, maintenance, troubleshooting, even the soil-and-grass basics. Practical, model-specific advice for the exact moment before someone spends.
A resource like that lives or dies on authority, and authority takes a steady stream of useful content that site manager Sam Masser had no time to write. In a category owned by big retailers and established review sites, that put a ceiling on how far the guide could climb.
So DraftSEO took over the writing: 35 articles aimed at the buying and how-to questions lawn-care readers actually search for, building out real coverage across the niche. Sam didn't write a word of them.
The result shows in the year-over-year line: 21K active users this year against roughly half that the year before, a 105% jump, plus 20K sessions from organic search. TheMowersGuide was never a from-zero story. It already had an audience, and it doubled it.
The proof

“We went from nobody knowing who we are to ranking for the keywords that actually matter in our space.”
