Affiliate Terms of Service

1. Agreement to These Terms

By applying to or participating in the DraftSEO Affiliate Program (the "Program"), you agree to be bound by these Affiliate Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not participate in the Program.

2. Eligibility & Application

To join the Program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Hold an existing DraftSEO account with a verified email address.

Applications are reviewed manually, typically within 24–48 hours. Approval is at DraftSEO's sole discretion. If your application is rejected, you may apply again.

3. Commissions

Affiliates earn a flat 30% commission on the actual net amount DraftSEO receives — after any discounts and excluding tax — for every payment a referred customer makes: first purchases, plan upgrades, and subscription renewals alike.

Commissions apply to payments made during the first 12 monthsafter the referred customer's first commissioned payment. Payments made after this window earn no commission.

Transactions where DraftSEO receives a net amount of zero — for example fully credited or fully discounted payments — earn no commission.

4. Tracking & Attribution

• Referrals are tracked through your referral link on a last-click basis, using a first-party cookie that stays valid for 60 days.
• A voucher code entered at checkout overrides referral-link attribution.
• Each payment generates at most one commission, and each customer is attributed to at most one winning affiliate.

5. Voucher Codes

You may optionally create voucher codes that give customers a 25% discount at checkout. On monthly plans the discount applies to the customer's first 12 monthly payments; on annual plans it applies to the first annual payment.

When a voucher code is used, your commission is 30% of the discounted amount DraftSEO actually receives.

6. Commission Hold, Refunds & Chargebacks

• Each commission is held for 45 days after the underlying payment before it becomes eligible for payout.
• Refunds and chargebacks — including partial refunds — void the related commission in full.
• If a payment is refunded after the commission has already been paid out, the amount is deducted from your next payout.
• If a chargeback is later resolved in DraftSEO's favor, the commission is restored.

7. Payouts

• Payouts run monthly.
• A payout is issued once your eligible balance reaches at least $50.00; smaller balances roll over to the next run.
• Available payout methods: PayPal, Wise, or bank transfer.
• Your payout details and any applicable tax information must be on file before a payout can be issued.
• Payouts are issued per currency — balances in different currencies are paid out separately.
• If a transfer fails, it is retried after you update your payout details.

8. Prohibited Activities

As an affiliate, you may not:

• Self-refer — commissions on your own purchases, direct or indirect, are void.
• Bid on DraftSEO brand keywords in paid search campaigns.
• Impersonate DraftSEO or misrepresent your relationship with us.
• Send spam or engage in unsolicited bulk promotion.
• Use cookie stuffing or otherwise manipulate attribution.
• Make misleading claims about potential earnings or about the DraftSEO product.

Applications or promotion that rely exclusively on coupon or voucher-aggregation sites may be rejected. Violating these rules may result in suspension of your Program membership and the voiding of unpaid commissions.

9. Disclosure Requirements

You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship with DraftSEO in your promotions and comply with the FTC's endorsement guidelines and any other disclosure rules that apply in your jurisdiction.

10. Program Changes

DraftSEO may amend these Terms from time to time, with notice provided by email or through the affiliate dashboard. Continued participation in the Program after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Leaving the Program

You can leave the Program at any time from your affiliate dashboard. Commissions you have already earned that become eligible are still paid out under these Terms, and your commission history remains available to you.
