Welcart is a WordPress plugin, so your shop connects the same way any WordPress site does.
Welcart is a WordPress plugin, so a Welcart shop is a WordPress site. The free DraftSEO plugin installs from the WordPress plugin directory and connects exactly as it does on any WordPress site, and articles arrive as ordinary WordPress posts with their images in your Media Library. One Welcart setting matters for your blog page: products are stored as WordPress posts too, so they appear in the blog listing unless you choose to hide them.
| Connection | Free DraftSEO plugin — installs from your Plugins → Add New search |

| Publish modes | Auto · draft · scheduled |
Who does what
Nothing — once the plugin is connected your blog fills itself. Want to read them first? Switch to draft mode and approve them in your WordPress admin.
Your products are left alone. Articles are ordinary blog posts.
Setup
In your WordPress admin open Plugins → Add New and search for DraftSEO. It installs from the WordPress.org directory and updates the way your other plugins do.
~2 minutes
Open the DraftSEO screen in your admin and press Connect. You are sent here to sign in, and back to your admin once the site is linked — there is no key to copy and nothing to paste.
~1 minute
Choose publish live, draft-for-review or scheduled, and a default category. That is the whole setup; the next article goes to your site on its own.

FAQ
No. Welcart is a WordPress plugin that turns a WordPress site into a shop, so the connection is the same WordPress connection and the same free plugin.
No — articles are separate posts and your products are never edited. But Welcart keeps products as WordPress posts, so they can appear in your blog listing. Welcart Shop → System Setting → Display Modes → “Not display an article in blog” hides them from that listing.
In your own Media Library, under wp-content/uploads, copied in before the post is published. A published article never loads a picture from our servers.
The connection is a WordPress connection underneath — same plugin, same mechanism — so every DraftSEO feature that works with WordPress works here with no separate implementation.
The same post is updated, so the article keeps its address and its ID. Images already in your Media Library are reused rather than uploaded a second time.
No card required. Any Welcart shop on WordPress. Classic posts, images in your Media Library.
