Create an API client in ShopRenter, paste it once, and articles go to your shop as information pages.
You create an API client in your ShopRenter admin and paste its shop name, client ID and client secret into DraftSEO. From then on each article is created as an information page on your shop, its pictures are uploaded to your ShopRenter file manager, and the page is switched on or left disabled, as you choose. DraftSEO opens the page on your shop after it goes live and shows a link once that page confirms its own address.
| Connection | API client you create in ShopRenter — Settings > API Settings; nothing to install in your shop |
|---|---|
| Where articles appear | Information pages on your shop, not the blog — created as information pages |
| Live page link | Shown once your shop confirms it — read from your shop’s own page, never built from the title |
| Image hosting | Hosted on your shop; a failed one is retried later — uploaded into your shop, never hot-linked |
| Publish modes | Live or disabled, on DraftSEO’s own scheduler |
Who does what

FAQ
No. You create an API client in your ShopRenter admin and paste its details into DraftSEO. There is nothing to install in your shop.
Read the store domain, read the languages, read and write information pages, and write to the file store. The Connect section lists them.
Each article is filed under the shop language that matches its own language. If your shop does not have that language, DraftSEO does not publish the article and tells you which language is missing.
Yes, once your shop’s page confirms its own address. DraftSEO opens the page after it goes live and links to the address the page names. If it cannot confirm it, no link is shown and republishing tries again. The page is in your shop’s information pages either way.
Yes. Each picture that uploads is hosted on your ShopRenter shop, never linked from DraftSEO. A picture that fails to upload, or whose address does not show it, is retried later, and the article is published without it in the meantime.
The same information page is updated. A republish never switches a live page off.
Delete or disable the DraftSEO API client under Settings > API Settings in ShopRenter. Pages already published stay in your shop.
