Hashnode has a real publishing API. You paste a Personal Access Token, pick which of your publications to write to, and articles arrive as native markdown posts — with a table of contents, tags, a cover image, and every image uploaded to Hashnode’s own CDN. One thing to know up front: Hashnode requires a Pro plan on the publication before its API will accept a post.

Yes. Hashnode moved its GraphQL API behind Hashnode Pro in May 2026, so the publication you publish to has to be on Pro. That is Hashnode’s pricing, not ours — nothing DraftSEO does can work around it, and you can connect a free publication to check everything else first.
On Hashnode’s CDN. Each image is uploaded into your Hashnode account before the post is published, so the article never loads images from our servers.
Yes. DraftSEO reads the publication’s address from Hashnode, so posts use your custom domain when you have one and your hashnode.dev address when you do not. If you add a custom domain later, the address updates on the next connection check.
Yes — each publication connects separately, because each one is its own blog with its own web address.
