Paste one API key — articles arrive as blog posts on your own CS-Cart store.
CS-Cart’s REST API creates pages, including posts for its free Blog add-on, so DraftSEO publishes each article as a real page on your own storefront, with its title, meta description and SEO name. CS-Cart’s API cannot upload page images, so in-article images are embedded in the page itself — nothing loads from our servers. Republishing updates the same page, so its address never changes.

Who does what
Nothing — after the one-time connect (your store URL, an administrator’s email and its API key), posts appear on your store. Prefer to review first? Send them as drafts and switch them on in the CS-Cart admin.

Setup
In the CS-Cart admin open Customers → Administrators, open an administrator, and on the API access tab tick “Yes, allow this user to use the API”. Copy the key and save.

No. DraftSEO uses CS-Cart’s built-in REST API. To publish blog posts, the free Blog add-on that ships with CS-Cart must be switched on; otherwise articles are published as pages.
CS-Cart’s API has no way to upload page images, so images are embedded inside the article’s page. Nothing is loaded from our servers. On Multi-Vendor, connect with a root administrator — CS-Cart removes embedded images from pages saved by other administrators.
